"elite" Potential

Hey well I noticed how hard getting +10 is compared to +8, so I was thinking that if you have a guy at +10 scouted he becomes an elite player, which is a slight bump higher than a +8, but this only applys to scouted players, not players you choose yourself. Just vote on this guys and tell me what you think, and also having a like fake draft where basically I submit the top ten draft picks and they get coach point bonuses, i might do a full 32 team round but I'm not sure, I also had one more but I can't remember it
