Rules (so far)

So far I have created these rules...if you want to change anything please tell me or post here. I am always open to suggestions

All American skill and recruiting
- 2 User games a year, unless you have 3 in Conference, (You get bonus in Coach Prestige)
-I might adjust the kicking sliders, not sure yet
-5 minute quarters
-No cheesing a.k.a same plays, nano blitzes, unfair play
-Realistic 4th down trys (you know what I mean, if not, you can face possible penalties)
-speed threshhold 40 (most realistic speed difference, by my experience) (up to vote)
-10 second run off
-1 Warning Rule, if people are complaining about your style of gameplay, I will warn you to stop, if it continues I will have to give you a scholorship ban, If it furthers possible post season suspension(have to simulate it) and at worst costs, I will have to kick you out of the league
-Do not call any of the users for any reason, unless they say you can
-Only reasonable onside kicks, also if you are caught off guard by an onsides kick, you cannot audible into one (max 1 surprise onside kick per game) If I feel players abuse this rule I will just get rid of it
- Onsides kicks whenever you want if in 4th quarter, or reasonable situation
- No unreasonable 2 point conversion numbers(like 3 or 4 a game)
- No Glitches, and if you lose connection, try to go back to same situation
- Finally, you are not allowed to quit games, if you give me a reasonable excuse I will let it slide for one time a season
- Everything else you need is located throughout the forums, remember I trust everyone, and I will until you make me not trust you, this is supposed to be a fun, devoted league, please don't screw this up for everyone

explain "10 second runoff"

Just like before the play 10 seconds automatically come off the clock in order to simulate a real huddle, thats all
